With the rapid development of global economic globalization and knowledge-based economy, the knowledge-based economy has been exposed. Human society will enter the era of knowledge economy in the second half of the next century. The advent of a knowledge-based economy will have profound and far-reaching effects on all aspects of our economic and social life. As the micro-main body of economy and society, enterprises will bear the brunt of the growing feeling of the enormous pressure and impetus brought by the great changes in this economic field. Knowledge management is the strategic response made by enterprises to meet the era of knowledge-based economy.
