一、选题依据体育院校的培养目标主要是中等学校体育师资,我们所设的课程,必然是为了培养学生在完成学业以后能贯彻实施中等体育教学大纲。独立完成体育课的教学任务。八十年代的青少年,精神气质、生活节奏、情趣风貌应充分体现在学校体育的教学中。长期以来学校体育课的教学公式化,准备部分只限于一般走走跑跑做几节操,动作重复、简单呆板,学生感到枯燥乏味,积极性不高。近几年有一些教师,随着时代前进的步伐大胆创新,敢于突破,使体育课上得生动活泼,有声有色。他们在学校中增加了艺术体操的技术内容,这些健美新颖的动作加上旋律优美的音乐伴奏,对陶冶学生的情操、抒发他们对社会、学习和生活的热爱都起了积极的作用。
