现代化的施工工艺不应在改善一个指标时靠恶化其它指标得到,而是应该同时改善若干个基本指标。列宁格勒林业研究院与苏联建造部第35西部建筑工程局СУ326托拉斯一起研究出的、在现场条件下无模浇筑混凝土的工艺就符合这些要求。配筋作成空间骨架形式,而模板形状按浇注混凝土后形成的原则造成。新工艺的实质不难用修建钢柱基础的例子来说明。首先,将柱脚钢筋连结成空间骨架(图1),并送到特别装备的台座上,台座乃是一个上面铺有薄钢
Modern construction techniques should not be obtained by improving other indicators when improving one indicator, but should improve several basic indicators at the same time. The process developed by the Leningrad Forestry Research Institute and the 35th Western Construction Engineering Bureau of the Soviet Union Ministry of Construction СУ326 Trust to mold concrete under field conditions meets these requirements. The reinforcement is made into a space skeleton form, and the shape of the template is caused by the principle formed after pouring the concrete. The essence of the new process is not difficult to illustrate with the example of building a steel column foundation. First, the column leg reinforcements are connected into a space skeleton (Fig. 1) and sent to a specially equipped pedestal. The pedestal is a thin steel plate.
