新型农村合作医疗(以下简称新农合)自试点以来,得到了各级政府的高度重视。黑龙江省的新农合工作,经过几年的运行取得了良好的成效。2007年就实现了新农合工作的全省覆盖,比国家预定的时间提前了1年。新农合工作在制度建设、基金运行、监督管理、补偿模式、人才培养和信息化建设等方面取得了良好的成绩,得到了较好的发展,现将黑龙江省新农合工作运行情况分析如下。
The new rural cooperative medical care (hereinafter referred to as NCMS) has received great attention from governments at all levels since the pilot project. Heilongjiang Province’s new rural cooperative medical work, after several years of operation has achieved good results. In 2007, the provincial coverage of new rural cooperative medical work was realized, one year earlier than the scheduled time of the state. The new rural cooperative medical system has made good achievements in system construction, fund operation, supervision and management, compensation mode, personnel training and information construction, and has achieved good development. Now the operation of the new rural cooperative medical system in Heilongjiang Province is analyzed as follows .
