安徽省庐江县罗埠乡长期以来一直是以种植双季水稻为主的农业大乡,传统的农业种植结构严重制约全乡社会经济发展。1998年县政府将罗埠乡列入农业综合开发项目区后,该乡加大农业结构调整力度,利用城郊优势发展蔬菜生产。自1998年起建造温室进行反季节蔬菜生产,经过小规模试种,在摸索出一整套生产和管理经验后,逐步扩大种植规模,将发展蔬菜生产作为农业结构调整牵动点和突破口。几年来,在资金筹集、基础设施建设、技术引进和服务及产业化管理等方面做了很多艰苦工作,并取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
Luobu Township, Lujiang County, Anhui Province has long been a major agricultural town that mainly produces double-season rice. The traditional agricultural planting structure seriously hinders the socio-economic development of the entire township. After the county government put Luo Buxiang into the comprehensive agricultural development project area in 1998, the township stepped up efforts to adjust the agricultural structure and utilized the suburban advantages to develop vegetable production. Since 1998, the greenhouse has been built for off-season vegetable production. After a small-scale trial planting, a series of production and management experiences have been explored. After that, the scale of planting is gradually expanded, and the development of vegetable production as a moving point and breakthrough in agricultural structural adjustment. In the past few years, a lot of hard work has been done in such areas as fund-raising, infrastructure construction, technology import and service and industrialization management, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
