搞经济工作,讲求最佳的经济效益;搞社会工作,讲求最佳的社会效益;搞农业科技宣传,也要讲求最佳的宣传效益——一种整体效益。所谓整体效益,即:通过农业科技的宣传,提高农民的农业科技水平,使农业科学技术最大限度地转化为生产力,促进农业生产的发展。在这方面,如果不注重宣传的针对性、连续性和科学性,而是找找资料剪剪报,零打碎敲地搞搞,显然是难以奏效的。如何讲求农业科技宣传的整体效益?以已之见,需要在以下五个方面作出努力。

In this respect, it is apparently ineffective to look for information scissors and smash it up without paying attention to the pertinence, continuity and scientific nature of propaganda. How to stress the overall benefit of agricultural science and technology propaganda? In the light of the above, we must make efforts in the following five aspects.
