本文报告了岩香菊水煎剂和总黄酮的药理作用。岩香菊水煎剂和总黄酮对豚鼠离体气管均有对抗组织胺收缩气管平滑肌的作用,浓度相等,作用相近;二者腹腔注射对豚鼠吸入组织胺气雾致喘均有平喘作用。岩香菊水煎剂和总黄酮腹腔注射对小白鼠均有镇咳作用,剂量相等,作用相近。岩香菊水煎剂和总黄酮灌胃给药,前者对小白鼠有增加气管炎排泌酚红的作用,未证明后者有此作用。岩香菊水煎剂和总黄酮对金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌均有一定的抑菌作用。小白鼠一次腹腔注射岩香菊水煎剂和营、黄配LD(50)分别为12.5±1.0g/k:和108.4±3.6g/kg。
This article reports the pharmacological effects of water decoction and total flavonoids. Yanxiangju decoction and total flavonoids have effects on the histamine-constricted trachea smooth muscle in isolated trachea of guinea pigs. The concentrations are equal and the effects are similar. Both intraperitoneal injections have antiasthmatic effects on inhaled histamine aerosol in guinea pigs. The intraperitoneal injection of Yanxiangju water decoction and total flavonoids all have antitussive effect on mice, and the doses are equal. Radix Angelica water decoction and total flavonoids were intragastrically administered. The former had an effect of increasing bronchitis and excretion of phenol red in mice, and the latter did not prove to have this effect. Yanxiangju decoction and total flavonoids have certain antibacterial effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The intraperitoneal injection of rock scented chrysanthemum water decoction and gamma LD (50) in mice was 12.5±1.0g/k: and 108.4±3.6g/kg, respectively.
