我国是世界银行创始会员国之一。自一九八○年五月我国在世界银行的席位恢复以来,已和该行合作进行了不少贷款项目。党的十一届三中全会以来,在改革开放方针的指引下,我省在利用世界银行贷款发展教育事业方面取得了一些成就。目前,由省教育厅主管的贷款项目有:“电大/短大项目”、“地方大学发展项目”、“中学在职教师培训项目”,这三个贷款项目均在执行过程中。现正在准备签定贷款协议的有“普教教材建设项目”与“职工技术教育项目”。为了做好世界银行贷款工作,今简要介绍世界银行贷款程序,以供参考。
China is one of the founding members of the World Bank. Since China resumed its seat at the World Bank in May 1980, it has cooperated with the bank on many loan projects. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, under the guidance of the policy of reform and opening up, our province has made some achievements in utilizing the World Bank loan to develop education. At present, the loan projects under the leadership of the Provincial Department of Education include: “TVU/Short Project”, “Local University Development Project”, and “Secondary Teacher Training Project”. All three loan projects are in the process of implementation. The “Public Teaching Materials Construction Project” and “Staff Technical Education Project” are now being prepared to sign the loan agreement. In order to do a good job of the World Bank loan, the World Bank loan program is briefly introduced for reference.
