2017年2月28日,上海宝闵气体有限公司氖氦粗制装置,历经技改项目施工执行、调试及一个多月的连续生产供应试运行,顺利完成了首次出口鱼雷罐车的充装,充装量3000 m3。其中氖、氦含量分别达到了56%及28%,完全符合客户所要求的纯度要求。虽然在调试过程中碰到了很多困难,但在困难面前,上海宝闵气体空分运营部技术组和7#作业区团队协作,充分展现出“勇于负责、变革创新、诚信协同、创造价值”的企业精神,利用群策群力攻坚克难,生产出合格产品,为延伸宝钢气体产品链添砖加瓦!
On February 28th, 2017, Shanghai Baodi Gas Co., Ltd. took crude production equipment, and after execution of technical transformation project construction, commissioning, and more than one month of continuous production and supply trial operation, it successfully completed the filling of the first exported torpedo tanker. The loading capacity is 3000 m3. The contents of yttrium and yttrium reached 56% and 28%, respectively, which fully meet the purity requirements of customers.
