针对电火花加工技术的特点及超声波电动机驱动技术的特性 ,研制了基于线性步进式超声波电动机的差动往复式微型电火花加工装置,分析了该装置的 工作原理,提出了电极差动往复式移动的驱动控制方法,实现了电极的差动往复式进给。该 装置的外形尺寸为45mm×20mm×40mm。试验结果表明,该装置适合小孔电火花加工。
Aiming at the characteristics of EDM technology and the characteristics of ultrasonic motor drive technology, a differential reciprocating micro-EDM device based on linear stepping ultrasonic motor was developed. The working principle of the device was analyzed. The electrode differential reciprocating Mobile drive control method to achieve the electrode differential reciprocating feed. The device dimensions are 45mm × 20mm × 40mm. The test results show that the device is suitable for EDM EDM.
