目的:研究大黄溶剂工艺、SFE-CO_2工艺与SFE-CO_2及药渣树脂精制工艺产物的泻下活性。方法:采用炭末推进法考察各工艺产物对小鼠小肠和大鼠大肠活动的影响,观察小肠容积的变化,同时以肠段称重法考察了各工艺产物对小鼠小肠与大肠水分吸收的影响。结果:各工艺产物泻下活性的强弱为:SFE-CO_2及药渣树脂精制工艺组>溶剂工艺组>SFE-CO_2组。结论:分极性提取效果较好。
Objective: To study the purgative activity of rhubarb solvent technology, SFE-CO 2 process, and SFE-CO 2 and dreg resin refining process products. Methods: The effect of each product on the small intestine and rat large intestine activity was investigated by using charcoal advancement method. The changes of intestinal volume were observed. Conclusion: The polarity separation effect is better.
