市总社为了贯澈执行全国合作社工作者代表会议的决定和大会所通过的合作社法草案与城市基层消费合作社章程准则草案的规定,以及市府第三十六次行政会议黄市长对全市合作社工作的指示精神,决定有步骤地领导全市基层消费合作社的改组工作,为了更慎重地进行改组,首先对各类消费合作社通过重点,做了一次比较透澈地检查。被检查的各类型社二十二个——计工厂社四个(中纺二厂、中纺三厂、电工二厂、蛋品公司);机关社五个(公安局、水利局、电信局、人民银行、中纺公司);学校社二个(南开中学、河北工学院);街道市民社十一个(一区十九街、二区二十街、三区三街、四区二十七街、五区新四街、六区十六街、七区二十一街、八区三街、九区十街、十区四街、十一区二十六街)。检查工作由九月十七日截至十日三日已告成并做出总结。兹重点分述如下:
