美国教育家波斯纳认为:“没有反思的经验只是狭隘的经验,至多是肤浅的认识。”他提出了教师成长的公式:“成长=经验+反思”。那么,该怎样进行教学反思,教学反思应有怎样的内容,怎样的形式?下面我就结合自己的教学实际,谈谈粗浅的认识,还望大家批评指正。一、何为教学反思教学反思是教师以自己的教学活动过程为思考对象,对自己所做出的行为、决策及由此所产生的结果进行审视和分析的过程。教学反思被认为是“教师专业发展和自我成长的核心因素”。
Posner, an American educator, believes that “no experience of reflection is only a narrow experience, at best a superficial understanding.” He proposed a formula for teacher growth: “Growth = Experience + Reflection.” So, how to conduct teaching reflection, teaching reflection should be what kind of content, what kind of form? I will combine my own teaching practice, talk about the superficial understanding, but also hope you criticize correction. First, what is the teaching reflection Teaching reflection is the teacher’s own teaching activities as the process of thinking, to make their own behavior, decision-making and the resulting results of the process of review and analysis. Teaching reflection is considered “the core factor of teacher professional development and self-development ”.
