At the work meeting of the province’s art creation, on the current situation of the theater in our province, such old dramatists as Li Wen-guo put forward that not only the lack of drama, the lack of director, but also the lack of performers. Directors and actors are two main pillars of a collective of theatrical productions. Under the premise of determining the script, they are the key to determining the success and failure of a rehearsal. Experience tells us that a good director can make good performers icing on the cake, the next level; allow indifferent actors to stimulate the enthusiasm created, confidence doubled. On the contrary, poor directors can stifle the performers’ creative spirituality, making them dependent and lazy, and making inferior, inferior actors even more despicable and even hopeless.
