T Cell Replacement Factor (TRF) is a factor that is capable of activating B cells derived from B151 T cell hybridomas. This factor promotes the secretion of IgM by the BCL-1 B cell line and induces the secretion of hapten-specific IgE by B cells that have been exposed to the antigen in vivo.
