毛主席教导我们:“一切产品不但求数量多,而且求质量好,耐穿耐用。”把机床导轨耐磨性提高到一个新的水平,已成为当前进一步提高机床产品质量的重要课题。而机床导轨的耐磨性是决定机床精度保持性和使用寿命的关键因素之一,也是衡量机床质量好坏的重要标志。采用耐磨铸铁是提高机床导轨耐磨性,尤其是对于磨床等精加工机床具有重大意义。
