前言葛洲坝电站是我国长江流域第一个大型水力枢扭工程,电站装有大型转浆式水轮机19台。转轮室是水轮机的重要工作部件,在机组运行中承受巨大的水力冲击、振动,转轮室通流部分的内衬将受到严重的气蚀、磨损破坏,直接影响到机组的效率、出力与正常运行。为此,近数十年来国内外的科研部门及制造厂都在设计结构、选材、制造工艺上采取多种措施,以改善和提高转轮室的质量。我厂在总结青铜峡、八盘峡、三门峡等电站轴流式水轮机转轮室生产经验的基础上,设计制造了葛洲坝
