本文从力学角度分析了插销试棒在拉力作用下缺口截面的受力状态。指出由于材料性能和缺口形状尺寸不同,缺口效应也不同,因而对插销试验结果的影响也不同。文章对如何分析插销试验结果提出了一些看法。
In this paper, the stress state of notch test bar under the action of tension is analyzed from mechanics point of view. It is pointed out that the notch effect is also different due to the difference of material properties and notches’ shape and size, so the influence on the test results of the bolt is also different. The article put forward some opinions on how to analyze the test result of plug.
