为提升线路运维精益化水平,云南红河州石屏供电有限公司(简称“石屏公司”)以提高供电可靠率为总体目标,探索建立了配电线路监察性巡视机制,制定了线路监察性巡视工作责任体系和工作程序,实现领导层、管理层、执行层三级责任有效落实。2015年以来,通过纳入日常修理、隐患维修、项目投入等方面进行针对性整改,配网线路故障率得到有效降低,取得良好成效。
