普通栽培种番茄不同品系间,种子的发芽率存在较大差异,该性状可稳定遗传。通过5个不同亲本完全双列杂交结果分析指出,番茄种子发芽率性状的遗传不符合“加性一显性”模型,加性、非加性及细胞质效应均影响番茄种子的发芽率,但以显性效应为主而且存在超显性遗传,同时非等位基因间的互作也起一定的作用。
