因矿井灾变环境下电源使用条件苛刻,矿用可移动式救生舱制冷系统使用开放式CO_2无源制冷系统。通过结冰工况换热器计算发现,CO_2开放式制冷一次节流系统节流温度低于0℃,温湿度变化对一次节流系统稳定性影响较大,在低湿度范围内,湿度增加使系统蒸发段增长,结霜量增大,低温下结霜现象尤为明显。设计了一种二次节流系统,节流温度高于0℃,不出现结霜现象,系统管路长度小,具有较高的温湿度适应性。本文提出的具有高温湿度范围适应性的CO_2开放式二次节流制冷系统对矿井无源制冷系统的设计与运用具有重要的指导意义。
Due to the harsh conditions of the power supply in the mine disaster environment, the openable CO2 passive cooling system is used in the movable rescue cabin refrigeration system. Through the calculation of the icing condition heat exchanger, it is found that the throttling temperature of the primary cooling system with CO_2 open cooling is lower than 0 ℃, and the change of temperature and humidity has great influence on the stability of the primary throttling system. In the low humidity range, Evaporation section of the system growth, frosting increased, especially at low temperatures frost phenomenon. A secondary throttling system is designed. The throttling temperature is higher than 0 ℃, no frosting occurs, and the system piping length is small. Therefore, the system has high adaptability to temperature and humidity. The CO_2 open-type secondary throttling refrigeration system with high temperature and humidity adaptability proposed in this paper has important guiding significance for the design and application of mine passive refrigeration system.
