如何进行有效教学,是每一位教育工作者关心的焦点问题。我在听过几次有关教育改革的讲座及潜心研读了《教育观念的转变与更新》、《新课程中课堂行为的变化》、《有效教学》等书籍之后,感触颇深,受益匪浅。现结合自身的教学实际谈点感受,与大家共勉。一、教师是开发和利用课程资源的关键。作为教师,平时应当研究学生的兴趣以及喜欢的活动,教学时要适当利用起来,这样不但能激发学生学习的兴趣及强烈的求知欲,帮学生打开思维的闸门,还能提高教学效率和拓展学生的视野,并能轻松地完成教学任务。如在教授“Talk about how
How to carry out effective teaching is the focus of every educator’s attention.
