真菌性角膜病变,在我国南方逐年增多,北方较少。凉山地处西南,真菌性角膜病变尚未见报道。现将我科经病检确诊的一例报道如下。杨××女 53岁回族四川西昌农民病检号:92349 主诉右眼红痛,异物感21天伴视力下降10天。患者于入院前21天展起后,右眼发红疼痛,异物感明显,立即到当地医疗站就诊,给予青霉素肌注,眼部冲洗,滴氯霉素眼液等治疗,病情无好转。6天后又经某医院诊断为右角膜炎,再静脉给予青霉素、庆大霉素治疗,局部用抗生素滴眼液,无效,视力明显下降。于92年4月21日收入我院。检查,全身未
Fungal keratopathy, increased year by year in southern China, less in the north. Liangshan is located in the southwest, fungal keratopathy has not been reported. Now a case of our department diagnosed by disease reports as follows. Yang × × female 53-year-old Hui Xichuan Chang peasants disease inspection code: 92349 complained of right eye red pain, foreign body sensation 21 days with decreased visual acuity for 10 days. After 21 days before admission, the patient developed redness and pain in his right eye and obvious foreign body sensation. He immediately visited the local medical station for penicillin intramuscular injection, eye wash, and chloramphenicol eye drops treatment. The condition did not improve. 6 days later by a hospital diagnosis of right keratitis, then intravenous penicillin, gentamicin treatment, topical antibiotic eye drops, invalid, visual acuity decreased significantly. April 21, 92 income in our hospital. Check, the whole body is not
