阴虱寄生于眼部甚为常见,笔者遇2例报告如下:例1,女,35岁。1989年8月初诊,自觉右眼奇痒20天,伴有分泌物,近日左眼也有同感。一天前发现睑缘有“小虫”微动而来就诊。眼科所见视力右1.0,左1.0,裂隙灯下检查:右眼睑见少许白色痂皮、近睑缘处皮肤略隆起,充血、用小镊子轻轻取下虫体1条,2分钟后患者自觉又阵发奇痒,再次取出小虫体,送往寄生虫教研室检查确诊为阴虱,当即在眼睫毛上取出虫体6只,虫卵4只,第二天自行在右眼取出成虫5只。
