一二年丙班共六十三名學生,其中十四名是原二年級的降班生。這是全校人數最多的班。開學初,班級存在一些混亂現象:一般學生由於學校班級的調整未確定,學習情緒不安定;新舊同學不熟識,彼此隔膜;大部分學生經過暑假期間的個體生活,散漫成習,紀律有些鬆弛;特別是學生們一般的政治覺悟低,缺乏整體觀念,互不關心,各人搞各人的事;部分學生搞小圈子,愛傳閑話、弄是非;在課室內外常爲了個人小事彼此爭吵或打鬧起來;班級沒有核心力量,新選出的班幹部怕領導不了,不敢出頭。面對以上種種情況,我根據學校總的班主任工作計劃,確定了班級的整頓步驟。我覺得我首要的工作是要把班集體組織起來。
A total of 63 students were enrolled in the C class in 12 schools. Fourteen of them were former class two students. This is the largest class in the school. Some students engage in small circles and pass gossip and make right or wrong. Students often quarrel with each other for small personalities both inside and outside the classroom or Slapstick up; the class does not have the core strength, the newly elected class cadre is afraid to lead, can not stand out. In the face of all these circumstances, according to the school’s total class teacher work plan, I determined the class consolidation steps. I think my first job is to organize the classes collectively.
