在网络多用户环境下,系统的安全性设置非常重要。NOVELL网从其3.1版本到4.0版本,其安全系统日趋成熟、完备。这也使得系统管理员在构造网络环境及权限分配时变得日益复杂。笔者对此作一简要的介绍。 NOVELL4.0的安全性有一整套严密的分级管理和安全性措施。在分级管理中,系统超级用户具有最高权限,它对系统的所有文件具有存取权并控制着整个系统的安全性。在超级用户模式下可设定网络组、用户和操作员等,并由系统管理员给予相应权力,以分别管理网络中的有关文件。 NOVELL4.0有四级网络安全措施即注册安全性、权限安全性、属性安全性和文件服务器安全性。
In a multi-user network environment, the system’s security settings is very important. NOVELL network from its version 3.1 to version 4.0, the security system matures, complete. NOVELL4.0 security has a rigorous set of hierarchical management and security measures. In hierarchical management, the system superuser has the highest authority, it has access to all the files in the system and controls the overall system security. NOVELL4.0 has four levels of network security measures namely, registration security, rights security, attribute security and file server security.
