缺血性视神经病变亦称为缺血性视乳头病变或前部缺血性视神经病变。长期以来,由于对本病的认识不足,常误诊为视乳头炎或球后视神经炎,特别当1眼发病后不久,对侧眼再发(前者视乳头己萎缩,后者表现为视乳头水肿)而误诊为Foster—Kennedy氏综合症。近年来,笔者遇见12例,但中途失访2例,现将有记录的10例(14只眼)小结于下: 一、一般资料男性6例,女性4例;年龄:18岁1例,20～40岁6例,41～50岁2例,62岁1例;单眼病变6例,双眼病变(先后发病,间隔时间最短6天,最长2个月)4例。二、临床症状常在晨起突然视力下降,严重者可丧失光感,发
