一、引言 产业结构的特点由需求和相对成本结构的特点所决定,而经济发展的水平对需求和相对成本结构都有着显著的影响,所以,产业结构的特点在某种意义上反映了经济发展的水平,标志着经济发展的不同阶段。上海,这个中国最大的城市,正以国际经济、金融和贸易中心为目标迈向21世纪。在实现这一宏伟蓝图的过程中,参考和借鉴其他国际性城市的模式和经验并以此为基础制定正确的规划和政策,对于上海未来的发展是极其重要的。东京,作为一个重要的国际性大都市,其经济发展在50年代也曾经历过与现在的上海相类似的阶段,经过近半个世纪的发展和调整,现代东京的产业结构已经比较突出地表现了一个当代国际性大都市所应具有的某种普遍性特征。因此,比较东京与上海产业结构的特点,从中找出差距,无疑对上海的发展具有重要的借鉴意义。 二、东京产业结构的特点及与上海的比较 作为日本全国的政治、经济及文化中心,同时伴随着战后经济的飞速发展,东京的产业结构经历了不断的调整和升级,到90年代逐渐形成了两个非常鲜明的特点。
