近年来,随着收入水平的提高,我国居民对绿色和有机食品的消费需求逐渐增加,绿色食品产业在“十二五”期间得以飞速发展。在经济新常态下,推动绿色食品产业升级发展已成为促进产业结构优化升级和加快经济增长方式转变的重要趋向。为此,要将绿色食品产业的升级转型纳入消费驱动和政策引导的良性产业发展机制之中,采取有效措施加以推进。
In recent years, with the improvement of income level, the consumption demand of our country’s residents for green and organic food has gradually increased, and the green food industry has developed rapidly during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period. Under the new economic normal, promoting the upgrading and development of the green food industry has become an important trend in promoting the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure and accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic growth. To this end, it is necessary to incorporate the upgrading and transformation of the green food industry into a virtuous industrial development mechanism driven by consumption and policy guidance, and take effective measures to promote it.
