本文调查几组不同程度植物神经病变的糖尿病患者静止和动态条件下的 QT 变化。24例糖尿病患者,平均年龄为42±12岁。据植物神经病变程度分为3组:未发组8例,临界组7例和明显组9例。所有病人代谢控制良好,无电解质平衡紊乱,均无心血管病的病史或心电图表现。以13例年龄为37±8岁的健康男性作对照组。根据卧、坐和站位至少2分钟后的、随机选择有10次心搏节段的三程心电图描记,测量 QT 和 RR 间期。各种体位取3段记录上3次相似心搏的平均值作为基线值。然后测量各人3次 Valsalva 手法期间用力呼气(2相)引起最快心动过速时和呼气后(4相)最慢心动过缓时的QT 和 RR 间期。
This article investigated several groups of varying degrees of autonomic neuropathy diabetic patients under quiescent and dynamic conditions QT changes. 24 cases of diabetic patients, the average age of 42 ± 12 years old.
