检查与不检查一个样、领导在与不在一个样、午餐时间与其他时间一个样、周末与平时一个样、晚上与白天一个样。看似平常,但对保证服务的稳定性及连续性十分管用我从事汽车销售纯粹出于偶然。我的本行是在集团做法律顾问,直到现在我还兼着这个职位。不过,董事长希望我接触一些实体经济活动。2005年一个周末,他将我叫到办公室,问我有没有兴趣做汽车销售。当时我并不太清楚销售汽车的困难会有多大,所以没有感觉有多大压力,只觉得是董事长给了我一个好的平台。之后,从2003年7月开始,我被安排到集团下面的上海大众4S店做总经理。
