2017年5月1日,《非主要农作物品种登记办法》(以下简称《登记办法》)正式实施,《登记办法》首批确定了29种非主要农作物实行全国统一登记管理。2017年4月24~25日,农业部种子管理局会同全国农技中心在北京举办了全国非主要农作物品种登记培训班,对《登记办法》和登记指南进行了解读,全国各非主要农作物品种登记管理机构,开始受理非主农作物品种登记申请。
On May 1, 2017, the Measures for the Registration of Non-Main Crop Varieties (hereinafter referred to as the “Registration Measures”) were officially implemented. The Registration Measures first stipulated that 29 kinds of non-major crops should be subject to unified national registration management. From April 24 to April 25, 2017, the Department of Seed Management of the Ministry of Agriculture, in conjunction with the National Agricultural Technology Center, held a training course on registration of non-major crop varieties nationwide in Beijing. The “Registration Measures” and the registration guide were interpreted. National non-major crop varieties Registration management agencies, began to accept non-staple crop registration application.
