目的了解TRANCE和BLys在过敏性紫癜发病中的作用。方法通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测过敏性紫癜患者血清中TRANCE和BLys的表达水平。结果过敏性紫癜患者血清中TRANCE和BLys的表达水平(2.83±0.96,90.48±2.64)与正常对照组(0.85±0.35,82.02±4.04)相比均升高(P<0.01),伴有肾脏损害患者血清中TRANCE,BLys的表达水平(4.09±0.45,93.92±2.07)与单纯型患者(2.44±0.70,89.42±1.75)相比显著增高(P<0.01)。患者血清中TRANCE与BLys的表达水平呈显著正相关(r=0.515,P<0.01)。结论过敏性紫癜患者血清中TRANCE,BLys的表达异常增高,可能与其发病有关。
Objective To understand the role of TRANCE and BLys in the pathogenesis of allergic purpura. Methods The levels of TRANCE and BLys in serum of patients with allergic purpura were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The serum levels of TRANCE and BLys in patients with allergic purpura (2.83 ± 0.96, 90.48 ± 2.64) were significantly higher than those in normal controls (0.85 ± 0.35, 82.02 ± 4.04) (P <0.01) The levels of TRANCE and BLys in patients’ serum (4.09 ± 0.45, 93.92 ± 2.07) were significantly higher than those in simple subjects (2.44 ± 0.70, 89.42 ± 1.75) (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between the levels of TRANCE and BLys in patients’ serum (r = 0.515, P <0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of TRANCE and BLys in serum of patients with allergic purpura may be related to its pathogenesis.
