Objective: To elucidate the intrinsic relationship between low density lipoprotein (LDL) molecular particles and cerebral atherosclerosis. Methods: Cholesterol-loaded rabbits were used as animal models to observe the dynamic changes of plasma LDL from lipid biochemistry and ultrastructure morphology. Results: With the increase of cholesterol load time, the content of LPO and ApoB in plasma LDL gradually increased, and the plasma LDL molecular particles also increased obviously. Conclusion: The increase of plasma LDL particles may be one of the causes of cerebral atherosclerosis. Therefore, dietary changes can prevent and prevent the formation of cerebral atherosclerosis.
