一、前言现代背负式通讯电台要求体积小,重量轻,电性能好而可靠性高。为达此目的,在我们研制的背负式电台接收机中采用了国产线性集成电路bs20限幅放大和鉴相器作为调频解调器和单边带解调器的主要器件。线性集成电路TCDl3限幅放大和鉴相器也可以兼作这二种解调器的主要器件。线性集成电路bs26双平衡混频器可以作为单边带解调器。采用这些线性集
