为防止运放输入出现过电压,通常采用齐纳二极管钳位的方法,但在高阻抗应用中,这方法不适用,因为这时齐纳管的反向电流太大了,采用可编程的单结晶体管(PUT)可解决这个问题。
Zener diode clamps are often used to prevent overvoltages on the op amp inputs, but this method is not suitable for high impedance applications because the zener's reverse current is too large at this point to be programmed with a single Transistor (PUT) solves this problem.
