在城市建设中,一定不要忽视和放弃大城与小城的关系。所谓的区域平衡,只不过是一条闭合的经济链。一个完善的大城一定要保证:在其笼罩下的小城是“有序存在”的状态。
In urban construction, we must not neglect and abandon the relations between the big city and the small town. The so-called regional balance is only a closed economic chain. A perfect big city must ensure that the small town under its shadow is in an “orderly existence.”
