第一章总则第一条:本会定名为农民协会,如省称省农民协会,县称县农民协会,乡称乡农民协会。第二条:本会宗旨为团结全体劳动农民,保护农民利益,有计划地有步骤地进行土地改革,发展农业生产,提高农民政治地位与文化水平,并联合一切被压迫人民,为澈底完成反帝国主义、反封建主义、反官僚资本主义的人民民主革命,及建设独立自由民主统一富强的新民主主义中国而奋斗。第二章会员第三条:凡雇农、贫农、中农、农村手工业工人及一切忠心为劳动农民服务的农村革命知识份子,不分民族、性别、宗教、信仰,赞成本会章程自愿入会者,均得为本会会员。第四条:凡符合第三条规定者,可自动向当地农民协会报名入会,会员入会退会均依自愿原则;既入会后,必须遵守本会章
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1: This association is named as the Peasants’ Association. For example, the province refers to the Provincial Peasants’ Association, the county as the County Peasants’ Association and the Township Township Peasants Association. Article 2 The purpose of this Association is to unite the entire working peasant, protect the interests of peasants, carry out land reform step by step in a planned manner, develop agricultural production, raise the political status and cultural level of peasants, and unite with all oppressed people in order to complete the anti- Imperialism, anti-feudalism, anti-bureaucrat-capitalist people’s democratic revolution and the construction of a new, democratic, independent, strong, and prosperous nation of China. Chapter II Membership Article 3: All rural revolutionary intellectuals who are employed peasants, poor peasants, middle peasants, rural handicraft workers and all those who are faithfully working for working peasants, all of whom voluntarily enter the society regardless of their ethnicity, gender, religion, or belief, or both To be a member of this association. Article 4: Anyone who meets the requirements of Article 3 may automatically register with the local farmers’ association, and membership will be withdrawn according to the principle of voluntariness.
