几年来,新闻界一直在呼吁:要相信总编辑会办报。但也有人提出:总编辑不要作茧自缚。我认为对于企业报的总编辑,更需要强调自身工作的主动性。同社会上一般新闻媒介相比,企业报的“婆婆”更_为明确,报纸所受的“管束”也更为直接。因此,企业报不容易办活和形成自己的风格,这是一个老问题了。而且从目前新闻改革的实际情况看,企业报迈}乜的步子比社会上其它报纸小得多。有的常常单纯表扬好人好事、大量报道企业工作动态和生产纪录,因而被职工们称为“铅印黑板报”、“生产简报”。由此看来,企业报总编辑争取自身工作的主动性就至关重要了。

I think the editor-in-chief of a business newspaper needs to emphasize the initiative of his work. Compared with the general news media in the society, the newspaper “mother-in-law” is more explicit and the newspaper’s “control” is more direct. Therefore, the enterprise newspaper is not easy to work and develop their own style, this is an old question. Moreover, judging from the actual situation of the reform of the news at present, the pace of the newspaper business is much smaller than that of other newspapers in the society. Some often simply praise good deeds, a large number of reports of business dynamics and production records, which are workers called “printed blackboard”, “production briefing.” Seen in this light, it is of utmost importance for the chief editor of the Corporations to fight for their own initiative.
