TBT作为防污涂料中的生物杀灭剂被广泛地应用同时也被认为对水生环境和水生生物最有毒害的一种化合物.《控制船舶有害防污系统国际公约》规定,截至2008年,TBT将被彻底禁止使用.分析了中国加入此公约面临的机遇、挑战并提出了建议.
TBT is widely used as a biocide in antifouling paints and is also considered as one of the compounds most toxic to the aquatic environment and aquatic organisms. The International Convention for the Control of Harmful Antifouling Systems for Ships provides that as of 2008 TBT Will be completely forbidden to use.This paper analyzes the opportunities, challenges and suggestions China faces when joining this convention.
