流化催化裂化装置的碳燃烧速率的计算,一般均采用《石油催化裂化数据手册》一书中推荐的计算公式。但是,由于该公式中的单位都是英制单位,因此,使用很不方便,需要多次进行换算。为了便于计算,可将碳燃烧速率的计算公式变换成公制单位的计算公式,使用起来很方便。公制单位的碳燃烧速率的计算公式为:
The calculation of the carbon burning rate of a fluid catalytic cracking unit generally adopts the calculation formula recommended in the “Petroleum Catalytic Cracking Data Manual”. However, since the units in the formula are all in English units, it is very inconvenient to use and requires multiple conversions. In order to facilitate the calculation, the calculation formula of the carbon burning rate can be transformed into the calculation formula of the metric unit, which is very convenient to use.
