天然气分公司日生产深冷、浅冷、原稳轻烃2500吨,主要通过管输供给乙烯,乙烯原料装置根据轻烃的组分、CO2含量的不同进行相应的处理。而目前管网建设现状只能实现轻烃混输,这不但增加了管输能耗成本,还导致了供给乙烯的轻烃品质波动变化很大,造成了乙烯原料装置的不平稳运行。本文在分析了轻烃管网系统的运行现状和顺序输送原理的基础上,据此提出了基于顺序输送的轻烃单输方式,以实现降低输送能耗,保证乙烯装置和输烃管道的平稳运行。
Natural gas branch on the production of cold, light cold, light crude stable 2,500 tons of hydrocarbons, mainly through the pipeline to supply ethylene, ethylene raw material unit according to the composition of light hydrocarbons, CO2 content of the corresponding treatment. At present, the status quo of pipe network construction can only achieve light hydrocarbon mixed transportation, which not only increases the cost of pipe transportation and energy consumption, but also leads to great changes in the quality of light hydrocarbon supplied with ethylene, resulting in the unstable operation of ethylene raw material devices. Based on the analysis of the operation status and the principle of sequential transportation of light hydrocarbon pipe network system, this paper proposes a light hydrocarbon single-pass mode based on sequential transportation, in order to reduce transmission energy consumption and ensure the stability of ethylene plant and pipeline run.
