2011年9月4日,由《城市·环境·设计》(1UED)杂志主编天津大学建筑学院特聘教授彭礼孝担任团长,天津大学建筑学院书记张玉坤担任政委,带领的来自北京、天津、河北山东辽宁、上海湖南、广东等地20余位建筑师从北京启程,前往英国卡迪夫。这也意味着由英国卡迪夫大学威尔士建筑学院与天津大学低碳建筑国际研究中心主办《城市·环境设计》(UED)杂志社承办的201 1英国卡迪夫大学威尔士建筑学院可持续建筑培训正式启动。
On September 4, 2011, Peng Liaoxiao, chief editor of School of Architecture of Tianjin University, editor of “Urban Environment Design” (1UED), served as head of the delegation. Zhang Yukun, secretary of Tianjin University’s School of Architecture, served as political commissar and led by Liaoning Province from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Shandong , Shanghai, Hunan, Guangdong and other places more than 20 architects from Beijing to Cardiff, United Kingdom. This also means that the 2018 1 Sustainable Building Training Course at the School of Wales Architecture, Cardiff University, UK, was officially launched by UD Magazine, hosted by the Welsh School of Architecture at Cardiff University and the International Center for Low Carbon Architecture at Tianjin University. .
