因美国政府拒绝批准其石油管道项目,横加公司向美政府索赔150亿美元。中国“走出去”的企业,可以通过该案例了解海外工程项目的政治风险防范和解决手段。近年来,我国企业海外投资和工程承包业务快速发展。据商务部统计,仅2015年一年,我国企业对外非金融类直接投资达1180.2亿美元,对外承包工程新签合同额达2100.7亿美元。

According to the statistics of the Ministry of Commerce, in the year of 2015 alone, the direct investment of non-financial enterprises in our country amounted to 118.08 billion U.S. dollars and the newly signed foreign contracted projects amounted to 210.07 billion U.S. dollars.
