复发性口疮的病因尚不明确,对其发病机理,近年来的研究结果,不少人认为系一种自身免疫疾病。自身免疫病可归纳为下列一些特点:(1)病因不明;(2)病程迁延或反复发作;(3)女性患者较多;(4)可能与遗传因素有关;(5)激素治疗可缓解症状;(6)病变组织有明显的淋巴细胞及浆细胞浸润;(7)血清抗体球蛋白高于正常水平;(8)有相应的血清抗体。上述(1)～(6)条均符合复发性口疮的临床和病理特征。
The etiology of recurrent aphthous ulcer is not clear, its pathogenesis, the results of recent studies, many people think that is an autoimmune disease. Autoimmune diseases can be summarized as the following features: (1) the etiology is unknown; (2) the duration of the disease or recurrent; (3) more female patients; (4) may be related to genetic factors; (5) hormone therapy can relieve symptoms ; (6) lesions significantly lymphocyte and plasma cell infiltration; (7) serum antibody globulin higher than normal; (8) a corresponding serum antibody. The above (1) ~ (6) are in line with recurrent aphthous clinical and pathological features.
