水是一切生命的源泉,是人类生活和生产活动中必不可少的物质。在人类社会的生存和发展中,需要不断地适应、利用、改造和保护水环境。水利工程建设随着社会生产力的发展而不断发展,并逐渐成为人类社会文明和经济发展的重要支柱。今天人们逐渐意识到水利工程建设在为人们带来方便的同时,其对生态环境社会环境产生的影响也不容忽视。本文主要对水利工程对我国生态环境及社会环境的影响进行了分析,同时,也提出了一些相应的处理对策。
Water is the source of all life and is an indispensable substance in human life and productive activities. In the survival and development of human society, it is necessary to constantly adapt, utilize, reform and protect the water environment. With the development of social productive forces, the construction of water conservancy projects continues to develop and gradually becomes an important pillar of civilization and economic development of human society. Today, people are gradually realizing that the construction of water conservancy projects can bring convenience to people and its impact on the social environment of ecological environment should not be neglected. This paper mainly analyzes the impact of water conservancy project on the ecological environment and social environment in our country, and at the same time, puts forward some countermeasures.
