西冯街煤矿兼并重组整合后,生产能力由原有的30万t/a提升为90万t/a,且该矿井为高瓦斯矿井。为保证矿井正常生产,根据“先抽后采”原则,综合考虑了各种影响因素,对矿井瓦斯涌出异常区域设计了瓦斯抽放方案,确定采用高负压瓦斯抽放系统和低负压瓦斯抽放系统联合抽放矿井瓦斯,为矿井安全生产提供了保证。
