在平时的初中体育教学实践中,我们很少被告知柔韧性素质的概念,同时也经常忽视柔韧性的联系,初中是青少年身体发育的正盛期,肌肉骨骼等快速生长。如果长期缺乏必要的柔韧性的相关训练,身体的柔韧性就会越来越差,容易得各种骨骼关节的症病,而且在进行体育活动时,更容易损伤到骨骼和关节。本文旨在研究初中体育教学中加入柔韧性练习的必要性和重要意义,同时也提出相关的练习方法和注意事项。
In the usual junior high school PE teaching practice, we are seldom told about the concept of flexible quality. At the same time, we often neglect the relationship between flexibility. Junior high school is the positive growth of teenagers and the rapid growth of muscle and bone. If the long-term lack of necessary training related to flexibility, the body will become increasingly poor flexibility, easy to get a variety of skeletal and joint disease, but also in sports activities, more likely to damage the bones and joints. The purpose of this paper is to study the necessity and importance of adding flexibility exercises to physical education in junior middle schools. At the same time, some relevant practice methods and precautions are also proposed.
