医疗行业,人命关天。医疗质量的好坏关系着干家万户的幸福与安康,关系着社会的安定与发展。随着医疗卫生改革的不断深入,人民生活水平的不断提高,医疗行业之间的竞争也越来越激烈,广大患者对医疗卫生的需求也越来越高。因此,如何尊重医学人才,培养、留住一支医学人才队伍为广大人民健康服务,更好地促进医疗卫生事业的建设与发展也越来越得到政府及医院管理者的重视,对此,笔者谈几点看法。
