目的探讨动物置入“全置入式人造排便控制装置”(简称控制装置)后控制粪便排泄的效果。方法采取类似于Miles手术方式,切除猪的直肠、肛管、肛门括约肌,将全置式人造排便装置置入猪的体内,将末段结肠与会阴部皮肤创口吻合,测试12例实验猪的术后排便控制效果。分别进行装置功能测试、控制装置的安装调控与更换。结果实验猪11例在术后二周,1例在测试后三周达到了理想排便控制效果,且无不良反应。结论应用控制装置能简捷有效地控制粪便的排泄;控制装置具有使用寿命长、对机体无明显不良反应的特点。
Objective To investigate the effect of controlling excretion of feces after the animals were placed in “all-in-one artificial defecation control device” (referred to as the control device).
